A marijuana retailer is proposing to open a store on Route 38 in Mount Laurel, joining several others already approved for Route 73. Stiiizy New Jersey LLC, based in Los Angeles, will appear before the Township Planning Board on Thursday for conditional use and site plan approval. The company, known for its cannabis retail stores in California and its vape pen line, received approval from the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission in January. The Mount Laurel Township Council had supported the application in October 2022. The store would occupy the former gas station site at 3530 Route 38, owned by Laurel Fair LLC.
