Unfinished Mt. Laurel EMS HQ on Route 73 Set for Foreclosure Auction

A derelict, unfinished building on Route 73, intended to be a cost-free Emergency Medical Services headquarters for Mount Laurel Township, is set for foreclosure auction, according to legal documents.

The property, along with several others in South Jersey—including two in Pennsauken—owned by Catalyst Outdoor Development LLC and associated companies, will be sold on June 5. This follows a lawsuit filed by Catalyst’s major lender in state Superior Court in Hunterdon County.
